I also draw inspiration from other artists, whether it's through studying their techniques or being inspired by their unique styles. Ultimately, inspiration can come from anywhere and everywhere, and it's about being open to the world around me and finding beauty in unexpected places. **

An example of the biomedical model is when a doctor diagnoses a patient with diabetes based on blood test results and prescribes medication to manage blood sugar levels. In the psychological model, a therapist may work with a patient who is experiencing anxiety to identify underlying thoughts and behaviors contributing to their symptoms and develop coping strategies. An example of abuse of authority is when a manager uses their position of power to unfairly promote or give benefits to a family member or friend, rather than based on merit. This type of behavior can create a toxic work environment, breed resentment among other employees, and ultimately harm the organization's overall performance and morale. Abuse of authority undermines trust and respect within the workplace and can lead to negative consequences for both the individuals involved and the organization as a whole. **
